2: Do not spray when the wind force is greater than level 5, and avoid spraying when the wind force is lower than 5 degrees or higher than 35 degrees.
3: It is not allowed to spray in rainy days. When the temperature exceeds 35 ℃, it can be sprayed once to wet the base surface with clean water for construction. After construction, it shall be cured in time.
4: The DPS of the permanent condensate shall be sprayed evenly without missing or re spraying. Water marks will appear on the concrete structure during repeated spraying.
5: Spraying shall be from left to right and from bottom to top.
6: When plugging, the crack must be opened into a V-shaped groove, and DPS can be sprayed after the groove is cleaned.

The reinforcement of the screw hole on the wall facing the water surface shall be cut off and filled with quick setting cement for compaction.

3、 Product application

4、 Construction method
1. Clean the surface mechanically or with other materials.
2. Spray the permeable crystalline material once (the pressure of the spray is 30psi).
3. Wait for 24 hours for the permeating crystallization material to dry naturally, control the temperature / humidity of the permeating crystallization material, and the relative temperature is 25%.
4. Mix the cement slurry (without sand) evenly and apply it on the construction surface.
5. Mix the cement mortar evenly and fill the construction surface. (the next process must be completed within 0-8 hours and the time must be well controlled).
6. Spray the penetrating crystalline material again.
7. Wait 24 hours for air drying.
1. Do not let the cement slurry dry out when the humidity is low outdoors, such as in the sun. If it is dry, spray water once immediately. (keep humidity)
2. The best method for large area is to do it in different areas, and do not adjust too much cement slurry.
3. This method is suitable for all maintenance, including crack repair, large-area thickening and fracture.
